So for all my English major friends, I've dug a favorite childhood story of mine. I think my 5th grade teacher introduced me to it, although I could be mistaken. But since I recall it being read aloud, 5th grade is a good guess. I hope you all appreciate the many levels of irony as much as I do. And the fallacies. For the record, they wouldn't teach women rhetoric, either.
So, you're deciding that it's a bad idea to teach women logic based on this story? Isn't that a...Hasty Generalization? :)
